If you are unhappy with your item, please contact me within 3 DAYS of receiving your order. Returns may be issued on bracelets, earrings, and necklaces ONLY, provided that the item is returned in its original packaging, in undamaged, unworn condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns and exchanges simply CANNOT be accepted on custom made rings. Please see the link on the Ring Sizing page to ensure that you order the correct size!
If you would like to exchange a bracelet, earrings, or necklace for another, please contact me within 3 DAYS of receiving your order. If you wish to make an exchange for an item which is a different price, a refund or invoice reflecting the difference in cost will be sent via PayPal. The exchange will not be made until the item is returned in its original packaging, in undamaged, unworn condition. The buyer is also responsible for all shipping fees.
